Swapped over to winter tires, they packed up my summer tires and had them in the boot, and I was back home in less than 1.5 hours. Bought my Nokians from Kal Tire and have been frequenting this branch for over 2 years now.
Poor communication regarding lug nut replacement during winter tire swap…also left waiting for too long to pay invoice and leave.
Thank goodness for the one staff member who stepped in and intervened when a female employee attempted to impose unnecessary charges. She continued inspecting the estimated invoice until her coworker informed her of the appropriate next steps. The employee in question was at the cashier next to the window on October 13th at 3 pm. Other than that hick-up, everything was great.
Changed to winter tires. Whole experience took less than an hour. Everything was great. Would come here again.
10 stars! Matt, Tyson and other staff were very good to me. Great service. Thank you so so much for providing me with my tire needs. I rely on my car because of my disability and with your great service I am able to get around safely. The good service and tires really helps me deal with my long standing mobility issues. Great tires, great service and great staff. If you need new tires, check this Kal Tire out. Thanks Matt, Tyson and staff!! Greatly appreciated!!!!
