Woke up to a flat tire and was able to make an online appointment for 10:00 am. The repair was done in less than 45 mins.
Friendly and courteous staff and always provides to notch service. Been going there for years and will continue to do so.
It was recommended to me by Inti at this location to go with the Nokian Outpost tires for my 4 runner. I had a set installed, new pressure sensors, wheel alignment and leveling kit. I am pleased with the result. Thank you Inti and Manuel for putting it together for me.
The owner of this franchise needs to know that your staff does not answer calls 15-20 mins before closing , saying they were busy… not sure doing what . Wasting time and your business . Answering calls should be their first priority especially when there’s no rush !! I have some extra charges on my invoice and I was not happy but now I am updating my previous review as I was contacted by Val and Matt from the store. It is appeared that a line item was charged by mistake. I got refund rightaway without explanation, and store appologied for inconvenience. I am very happy with Store management prompt response.
