So I had my tires swapped out with a extra set of rims for winter that went fine period the tire tack came in and told me that the brake pads were too dry and this is bad and can cause uneven wear again, remember this car's got less than 15000 counts, brand new and if you're mechanically inclined, you know, this is also incorrect, no one drives with oil on the brake bads, they're dry unless there's rain, so I explained to them that the car comes with the maintenance package with Ford and is actually booked for 1st oil change... read more
I can’t believe how legendary of an experience I had with Grant. He was more than patient with me and he guided me to the right type of tires, which are the best tires we could possibly get and I’ve been going with Kal Tire for over 15 years and by far this Location has for sure being the best experience I’ve had, but I’ve had a great experience at the Tamarack store as well and speaking to Aaron who’s a really solid guy.
Worst location for getting and storage of tires. Unless you are willing to show up two three times on your scheduled appointment just to reschedule it.
