I want to share my recent experience. Last winter, I purchased a set of tires with alloy wheels from this store for around $3,000. One of the reasons I chose this store was because they advertise free air service. Today, I stopped by to get air in my tires. The front desk staff asked me to wait because the technician was coming. I waited for about 10 minutes, then went back to ask again, but I still received no assistance or update. Eventually, I had to leave without getting the service. Paid $170 for a wheel alignment and car still pulling to the left. No improvement. Called the store and was on hold for 15 minutes without anyone picking up the line to discuss this. When I first came in for my appointment, I was the only customer with 2 employees at the front and still needed to wait over 5-7 minutes while they chatted, made a phone call and entered information into the computer. Sahil, Raj, and Tyson provided me with outstanding service. My alignment was completely out and they worked very quick to fix the issue. I can finally drive straight now!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was great. I was impressed to see the manager, Matt, running around helping out everyone on the work floor. I would have given 5 stars but they lost the one star on being extremely late. I was told that getting the new tires on my car would take up to 90 minutes. I could handle that and stayed in their waiting area to clean out my phone. But it took 3 hours.
