I was on here about a week ago complaining about Kal Tire at Yonge nd Elgin Mills location. The guys at that location disappointed me so Hrvoje Cabraja the manager from the Concord Kal Tire location reached out to me assuring me he will get to the bottom of the situations and take care of me. I can tell you this Hrvoje did come through and REALLY took care of me from start to finish. I had a great experience with this Kal Tire location. I discovered that the tires installed last year were not the size I originally ordered at another Kal location. When I brought the issue to Kal tire attention, the manager at this store handled it honestly and professionally. They immediately offered to replace all four tires with the correct size at no cost to me. The staff were polite, transparent, and focused on making things right. Friendly staff, competent, competitive pricing. A little isolated, so if there isn't anywhere to sit at the store (often the case when I need an oil change) there really isn't a place to kill a couple of hours nearby while waiting for the job to be done
I had a frustrating experience at another Kal tire location, but fortunately, the Kal Tire manager Hrvoje cabraja at the Vaughan location went above and beyond to make things right for me he fixed the problem with my car rims and tires, and feeling relieved and grateful.
