Great place to get tires. Herv ordered my tires without needing a deposit. Then I asked for the CAA discount and it was applied without even looking at my card. Such business integrity is a rareity, and it is valuable. I would highly recommend this location for any tire or automotive needs.
Don’t go for alignment! Tooooo much smart guys working in there, requiring a brand new tires if you have 50% left on existing ones, to make you alignment, otherwise they can NOT they say. Pushy service with attitude, I have to say “yes” for everything to be a perfect client for them. They messed up with steering wheel lineup, or mechanic just has no sense of how steering wheel must me centered. Got a tire puncture fixed and wheels rotated by Brooks. A very thorough and knowledgeable person. Someone you can trust doing the job right. Also was inquiring about all weather tires and the front staff was able to answer to all my questions on pricing and also suggest me better tires that stay stocked. Recommend purchasing from these guys.
