Terrible!!!!!! 930 am appointment. 2.5 hours I sat there just for a tire change. Watching people who came after me, leave before me.. Tried to sell me on other things and when I mentioned to the lady how long the wait was, and that I had never waited more then 40 minutes anywhere, she conpletely ignored me and just stared at the computer screen 👌👌

There’s a common negative theme with this location. Check the previous reviews. We need summer tires for two vehicles, Pirelli P Zero and Michelin Pilots. My wife and I were the only people at the order counter. Three employees ignored us for ten minutes. Two of them weren’t dealing with customers, they were staring at the computer. Another employee came in from outside and was serviced first. What’s wrong with greeting a customer with “Hi…We’ll be right with you”? We left. Have been here twice, once towed in from a flat, once to change seasonal tires. Both times staff were friendly, organized, and prompt.

It took nearly 4 hours to change over my winter tires when I was quoted 90 minutes. This is always the case when I go to Kal Tires for servicing. Also, when I went to drop off the vehicle, I was casually asked "So are you scrapping them?" I was shocked to be asked this about perfectly working tires purchased at Kal Tire just 2 winters ago. I said the tires would be coming home with me. Had I been distracted or misunderstood the question, I could have lost 4 perfectly good tires for which I worked so hard to purchase.
