Our car had picked up a nail in the front right tire, causing it to leak and the TPM system to warn us. I called them, and they were able to fix it in short order!
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Trust a local mechanic instead, the other bad reviews for this place have merit! I went to get a tire change from Kal-Tire Crowfoot. They informed me that the front two tires needed replacing and the rears were okay. I paid for the front two tires purchased from their location as well as labour to replace, and they call me back in the middle of the service now saying the rears are unsafe to drive and also need replacing. My other half went to Kal Tire in Crowfoot to have new tires put on. Kal Tire called and said one side of your brakes were shot, and the calipers were done too. We advised them we will do those ourselves. They sounded surprised. They were going to charge us about $700.00. The vehicle was ready for pick up. My other half was advised that one of the lug nuts were stripped. We went and got one at Dodge. Dropped the car off for an alignment, when i dropped it off it had an ABS light which I knew about and explicitly told the guy at the counter to not worry about it as I have already diagnosed a faulty wheel speed sensor (redseal tech), Now I have started to replace the sensor and the the plug has been cut off and some connectors fitted almost like the tech thought they damaged it and tried to hide it!
