Had an emergency when I got to my vehicle had a punctured tire although I didn’t have an appointment they squeeze me in because of my situation.
Service time was as promised.
Updated : "They called me back and I was totally refunded for the misunderstanding" Absolutely disappointed, what happened is a shame !! We went because our car was vibrating a lot. After verification they found that all our wheel almost lost all small weight to do balance. That 3 month after we change for winter tire at the same Kal Tire, that not normal, they also recognized having received a bad batches of those small weight from the vendor and send them back but they ask us to paid 160$ for the new weight !!!!!!
