Update/Edit: We received a prompt response from Kal Tire leadership, followed by a personal phone call from the location manager with an apology. We returned to have another matter assessed by Ted and were very pleased with the service. Insane. Mickey mouse operation. Very very disappointing. I'm far too frustrated to explain what happened at this location but I'll take it up with the manager first.
Will not be returning. Extremely disorganized, with no consideration or respect for customers’ time. They charged my husband after waiting two hours for a simple patch, only to realize (after paying) that they were not able to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. We have had other issues in the past, but this was enough to not ever return.
Unable to do the alignment. Didn’t offer to fix it.
Knowledge and friendly staff. Done flat tire repair and replace quickly.
