Recently, Friday morning I took my vehicle in for a safety inspection as requested by my insurance company. Everything was good with exception of tail light ( not in stock). Kiran Mandhare suggested I bring it back next day at 3pm for repair. Upon dropping it off Saturday morning Kiran asked me when I worked while waiting for a ride. Can't fix a tire on a zeroturn cause they can't jack it up, epitome of lazy. Go anywhere else but here
Terrible business, nanny State mentality. I asked them to swap a tire with a used tire we had and they refused to do so even after they agreed to do so the night before. Claimed it is unsafe for the road even when there is ample tread left. Obviously a ploy to try to get people to buy new tires from them. Despicable behavior and a complete waste of our time. We will avoid this place like the plague and ensure that everybody we know seeks another shop.
Whoever responds to these reviews clearly doesn’t follow up with “the appropriate leadership” to handle situations as I still haven’t heard anything regarding my horrible experience and it seems as though every person lately is getting the same response and no results.
Darcy was very helpful and. knowledgeable and got things done quick and properly. Great service even better technician.
