Worst tire shop in Calgary. Don’t waste your time here. This has easily been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I made the mistake of bringing my 2023 Kia Stinger to this Kal Tire location in 2025 to get rims for my winter setup. Jeremy, the employee initially helping me, ended up ordering the wrong size rims, which forced me to dismount my summer tires from their original rims, something I specifically wanted to avoid in the first place. We had our seasonal tire rotation completed by this location last fall and had a positive experience. Our vehicles were completed promptly and no issues. This past week, we took our vehicle in for a seasonal tire rotation and were informed that they tires (wrapped in Kal Tire bags, which were taken off of at this location!!!) could not be installed due to low tread.
