They were super busy and still managed to change over my winter tires in 45 minutes. Great work!
Booked an appointment for 5:00 for wheel alignment, I was told 1.5 hrs tops then I waited 4 hours to get my truck back. The manager reached out to me personally apologized and promised better service timing for future purchases. I’m very happy and satisfied the way they handled the situation. Yes I will come back
After three failed attempts at other Kaltire locations, this location was highly recommended. I went in for a tire swap and things were done relatively smoothly. Customer service was good and the technicians left my vehicle clean without dirty finger marks like other locations. They did forget to put the old tires in the back and I’m not sure about the 8km test drive, but overall the work took 2.5hrs and I’m on the road again.
