Slow service: 2 hour wait is unacceptable for an appointment, maybe for a walk-in but not for something scheduled. I used to work this job and 2 cars an hour was the LEAST we had to do. Bad customer service/sales: I was given NO information on tire selection, what was in stock or recommendations, just a "what do you want". Asked what their cheapest rims were and got no information about price or any idea of what they looked like, just a "okay". At this location, they told me my good tread tires on the rear and no need to be rotated. According to Kal Tire website, you should put good thread tires on the front. Staff lacks professionalism. On Kal Tire website, you still need to rotate tire and extend the life of tires
Not good. Some of the employees are very incompetent.
