Just take it to a real shop. They fixed one problem and caused another and good luck getting them to be accountable, they just shrugged and laughed.

Worst experience ever, that young lady at the customer desk told me that it would take max an hour and a half for an oil change. However, I am waiting for 3.5 hours to get it done. They simply ignored my work vehicle and forgot about me. This is the most outrageous service I have ever seen. Avoid like the plague.

Very bad experience for this shop! Purchased a replacement tire from them and booked an appointment for the replacement. Arrived on time yesterday and we're told to wait for 1.5 hours. it was 5 p.m. No message until 6:45 p.m., so we went back to the shop. The lady told us that the tire did not come, and would not be able to replace as the tire wouldn't come after 5:30 pm. Came in for new wheels and tires to be mounted balanced and installed and new tpms sensors to be programmed along with an alignment. Called in prior to book the appointment with detailed notes for what was needed to be done. They saved all my info and got me in reasonably quick. No complaints with that. Dropped off everything, discussed what all needed to be done. There was notes on file and the associate helping me made all the notes on paper. Now this was everything that was not done. 1.
