Very knowledgeable, and went out of their way to get the tires I wanted. Good quality tires and wheels.
Excellent service. We were in Calgary from out of province and upon arrival noticed that we had uneven wear on our front tires. Saturday morning, we contacted Kal Tire, they fit us in that very day. Turns out the issue was more serious than an alignment so they booked us in for a longer time slot on Monday. We were going to have to miss work. They knew we were in from out of province so when someone cancelled that very day, they called us right away and got it done. We're very impressed with the excellent customer service.
