Fantastic Kal Tire location. I called up with a screw puncture in a tire that I needed fixed asap before a road trip, they were able to fit me in within 2 hours, had the job done in 20 minutes. They charged me nothing for the service, were great with my vehicle and all professional, informative and nice to deal with. Highly recommend.
Took both my vehicles to be done back to back and they were very slow. Ended up having to leave a vehicle there as they took an hour longer than they said. My one vehicle didn’t even get done. It was a major hassle. I previously thought they had great customer service until this time and was a loyal customer. I am not sure if it was just a bad day but I will not be going back. Very disappointing and inconveniencing
