What a rip off. Booked for a straightforward job, they added $350 in charges. Ok. I rebooked and said ok. Then another $300 without any work done. Avoid this place.
These guys are money grabbers they will try to sell you things you don't need
I had a good experience at Kal tire and dealing with Tailor and the lady who answers the phone. There was no pressure on an upsell of anything but told me what they recommended. Very helpful with my two vehicles 👍
Walked in and booked an appointment with the gentleman at the desk in Red safety glasses. Let him know my wife is leaving work at 3:30 and she will be driving there to drop it off and he said no problem as long as you can leave it with me until six. Wife shows up at eight minutes after four and is told they can’t do it now because I apparently called 3:45 and said I’d be there in 10 minutes which never happened. If I could rate this 0 stars I would, he was rude to my wife when she walked in and honestly wasn’t very personabl... read more
