This is the first review I have ever made but my experience here was absolutely horrible. I have brought my vehicle here for an oil change once before with no issues. This time I dropped my car off and 2 hour later get a call saying that my drain plug is old and they can’t do it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked again for the next week where they ensured me they would have the part. I drove to my appointment for them to say that they forgot to order it. Great customer service
Nokian tires are a scam , been running them for the free nail repairs and warranty. One of my tires is rotting and wore out but won't be replaced because I didn't rotate them after one summer? It's barely at the wear bar as well.. as a life long customer to this Kal Tire was disappointed for sure having to buy a new tire every summer .. After seeing my review Taylor from this location worked with me and we got a new set of tires on the front we will maintain them as per specs and get a better outcome.
