Came to pick up my tire that was getting fixed for a slow leak. There was a girl standing at the counter on her cell phone she gave me no attention ,didn’t say hi .But on a good note one guy who seems to be running around doing all the work was awesome polite help me right away when he got off the phone but very disappointed in the other staff that just kind of stood around and did nothing. didn’t even say hi somebody would be with you in a moment Sept 20 2025
Went in to get a flat tire patched, was advised of the condition of the tire and my options. Extremely patient and respectful customer service representatives who provided me with quotes and recommended booking times. I trust this location and will continue to bring my car back here for service. Update: just got 4 new tires installed and again received great aervice. BCAA members get a discount!
Great location, great parking, great appointment checkout, great manager on reception, great fix of the tire (no air leak since the fix), the cost of the service is high but overall is 5 stars.
It was my first time getting tires changed at Kal Tire. From beginning to end, the experience was terrific. I entered the reception area and was immediately greeted by Bobby who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in getting my tire change underway. The technician assigned to my tire change (DD) was quick with the change and i appreciated the call to confirm if i was ok with the extra time for the alignment.
