Don't waste your time by going anywhere else but the Boundary and Kitchener location. Hands down the best, most relatable blue collar vehicle tech crews around.
Just more than perfect customer service. They really care about your car, you as a customer. The whole process was very professional and efficient. I had one tire that needed patching. They managed to squeeze me in one of the end of day spots they could find in a few days. Pumped it up for me for free in case it gets weaker over the wait. And stayed way overtime after their shift to complete the work, and waited for me to go grab it. 100% recommended. These people just get the shit done.
My personal experience with Kal Tire wasn't very positive. I called and booked an appointment for a tire change. Two weeks later, I left my 2023 Ford Transit Connect work van with winter tires in the trunk. Harold Torraville serviced me. I left the keys and left, waiting for a call at 11 a.m. I waited until 3 p.m. and then returned to Kal Tire. Harold told me he couldn't reach me by phone.
