I had my rotors and discs replaced at Kal Tire Metrotown, but unfortunately, the job wasn't perfect—there was a loud squeaking noise and black residue all over my wheels. When I returned to get it checked, the location was closed. Thankfully, Kal Tire support stepped up and directed me to Kal Tire Boundary, where they honored the warranty and completely reworked the brakes. Got a flat on Friday afternoon before a long weekend. They had a new tire on hand and they made time in their busy day to mount the tire for me. Great hustle, nice guys, I really appreciate this business.
