Nice employees, but poor management. Kaltire used to be my go to for seasonal Tire storage and tire swaps. But during the last tire swap, they somehow damaged one of my rotors. After talking with them about it, they looked into it and claimed they fixed it. But didn't actually. In addition, seeing how they've just been churning through shop employees, something doesn't seem right in management. I'll be switching to one of the many other options nearby.
Knowledgeable staff, prompt service, excellent after sales support.
Had an appointment at 11:30. Got there at 11:38. Waited for 10 minutes was told later that they had to reschedule because they don’t take in people 15 minutes after their appointment. I was physically standing in line. At the time there was only one person working the desk. And 3 customers waiting to be served. Previous reviews were accurate, don’t bother showing up if you’re not there exactly for your appointed time.
