We installed a new set of tires on brand new alloy wheels from this shop. There was an unnoticeable small scratch on one of the wheel during installation and the manager brought it to our attention. We ignored the situation but the manager, Wyatt Kornyk, went over and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the purchase and installation. This Kaltire is the best tire shop I have seen so far. The manager, Wyatt, and his team does an awesome job here. Thank you for providing such a great service in this small town and please keep up the good work. I can’t think of a second tire shop at this moment for my vehicle.
Had taken my truck in to do a change over on all 4 tiers. Technician found a small Nail in the tires he was taking off and fixed it anyway while swapping them out. Told him he didn't have to but fixed it for me anyway. Thanks for going above and Beyond great team at the swan hills KAL-Tire one happy customer
