Mike is terrible at his job, constantly talking other shops down. Explaining things that he clearly does not know anything about. Terrible service.
Excellent service. Ordered after hours service and tech showed up a half hour sooner than eta given. Polite, professional, will use this place anytime needed. Thanks service guy....well done
Update: Despite the response here, no one has reached out to me. No more Kaltire for me I went to Kal Tire on May 8th to have my newly powder-coated wheels installed. The process, which should have been simple, dragged on until June 27th. During the initial visit, one of the technicians dropped and damaged one of my wheels. What followed was a frustrating cycle of back-and-forth visits due to multiple repair issues.
