Great service!
If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would.. absolutely horrible experience coming to this kal tire. Was passing through town when I had a tire blow out, got towed to this location and was quoted $867 for a new tire! I showed the gentleman the tire online for less than a quarter of the price and he told me to either pay him or I can walk home. Had gotten a flat on the way back from Saskatoon on the weekend. The boys over at Kal Tire had me back on the road by 10am, big thanks to Seth and the team!
The call for getting road side assistance was long and full of holds. The teller was rude at times and in the end told me that they were unable to provide roadside assistance. This was after he took my credit card number. Apparently the only tool they have to remove tires would destroy my rim. I highly suggest calling anyone else in town. The next place i called had me helped almost immediately and with great service!
