Very poor service. Won’t recommend
Unacceptable Service and Poor Management at This Location I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this Kal Tire location, and unfortunately, the level of service and professionalism has declined significantly compared to previous years. I first visited at 4:30 PM to request a quick estimate but was dismissed by the front desk staff, who said it was “too close” to closing time. I was told to return the next morning. Amazing job. Was in there in less than 20 minutes and had 2 new tires put on. Dunno the name of the kid who did my tires but thank you for being quick and not wrecking anything. And to the lady up front who took care of the payment. Thank you again for your amazing service. You guys are amazing and will always keep coming back thank you!!!
They went above and beyond to help us get back on the road as we were camping
