They were great.
We were stranded in Brooks on May long weekend with a leaking tire that was improperly "fixed" at a Lethbridge Kal Tire location. We still had 5 hours to drive to get home. The gentleman working at the Brooks location on May 17, 2025, saw me first thing and found the issue. The tire STILL had a nail in it. He said there was no indication that the tire had ever been fixed, they only replaced the valve stem. He fixed the tire and got me and my daughter back on the road and didn't charge me anything. My family and I were traveling through from Regina when we blew a tire. We had such a heart warming experience at this Kal Tire. He went above and beyond to get us back on our travels quickly and safely. Thank you again so very much for your kindness and services!
