My family and I were traveling through from Regina when we blew a tire. We had such a heart warming experience at this Kal Tire. He went above and beyond to get us back on our travels quickly and safely. Thank you again so very much for your kindness and services!
We were en route from Regina SK to Sylvan Lake/Rimbey AB for a funeral, through a snowstorm last week. We lost a wheel weight somewhere while between Medecine Hat & Brooks. We called from the road, as the vibration & shaking in the vehicle became unbearable to the point of nausea, and was next to impossible to continue on our journey to the funeral, which had a deadline. Had a bad experience today. They committed on phone for a single wheel replacement. When we got there they said they’re busy and won’t be able to meet our request. The staff was rude and uncooperative.
I would highly recommend KalTire for its efficient and quality service. They have always been able to help me out with any problems that I have encountered and I trust them completely.
Drove in from winnipeg overnight to deliver a 22 RAM SPORT.. no time for the tire swap before I left. They said bring it down w 10 mins notice!! SUPER MUCH APPRECIATED!! MADE MY DAY/ DELIVERY .. Cheers
