I took my vehicle in for a patch on one tire today. It had a slow leak and I have been filling it for the last few days. I was fully aware this tire had some abnormal wear but was still repairable awaiting a new set all around. I am a heavy duty mechanic and know my way around tires. I went to pick the truck up and they had not done anything stating that “the cords were showing” and thus refused to patch the tire. This is 100 percent NOT the case.
