They swapped my tires but somehow managed to break the wind deflector on my car, which now causes the window to jam when closing. The worst part is they didn’t even mention it - when I picked up the car, the window wasn’t fully closed because it was jamming, so it should of been obvious. Won’t be coming back.

I’ve had great experiences at kal tire all over and recently got new tires put on here. My tires were ok and. The wheel alignment was very off the first round, which they did fix, except they booked me into another location and didn’t say they did, so I wasted time coming back here and not getting my alignment fixed. They did fix it the third time I came back at this point, and acknowledged the alignment was quite off and it had been corrected (I paid for the alignment as part of the my tire change).
