This was a 5 star until 15 mins ago, don’t talk to people like they’re a second class citizen. I understand you have a full lot, but not even letting me finish my sentence is diabolical.
Horrible service first thing in the morning. I came in at 7:30am right when they opened because I was desperate to get a tire changed. The lug nuts were worn out and the wrench didn't work, so I couldn’t do it myself, but for a mechanic it's a quick and easy job. I was told I’d have to wait a few hours. I politely explained that I'd get in trouble at work if I don't get my car fixed as I use it for work, but the person I spoke with gave me terrible attitude and word for word said, ‘I do not care, it is not my problem.’ I und... read more
