Booked an appointment 2days before, showed up right on time even when it wasn't convenient for me to, after an hour they came to me that the garage door to where my vehicle alignment will be done cannot open and will take a few hours for the company to come open the garage door and so my car cannot be fixed after wasting a full hour and making me book an appointment. Very unprofessional service, well I guess they select who they work for. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend a place that selects who they serve👎🏾
I had the most amazing experience with these amazing humans. To say that they saved me is an understatement. Originally, I had gone to Kal tire to get my 2 front tires put on. Unfortunately, the 2 tires i had brought to them were not the right fit. I panicked a little, as I had just spent a big chunk of $ at another garage just a week prior to get my truck back on the road, so I really didnt have much money to work with(my truck is a 2009).
