Let me start of by saying this. I dont give out excellent reviews often or any in general for that matter. Having said that, this Kal tire was an amazing experience. Miss Veronica thank you and all the staff for being friendly and helpful keep up the good work. Look forward to next visit. Also if you guys are ever hiring I'd love to be a part of the team. Honest people and best of all canadian proud. Support the canadian economy people!
I want to express my gratitude for how incredibly accommodating, supportive, and kind the staff are. They were so quick to help me resolve the issues I had with my tire, and they truly went the extra mile. They even stayed open late just to fix my tire so I could get home. I can’t say enough good things about all the employees there. I especially want to acknowledge Logan, who just knew exactly what to do and say today. In what was a really awful situation, I felt incredibly supported by everyone.
Went in for my complementary tire rotation. They even checked to see if I needed an alignment and did not charge me when I did not. Fast, efficient, and friendly service.
