Fast and efficient service by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Today I was helped by Sean and Dan at Kal Tire, and received outstanding service. After assistance from BCAA with a flat tire, Sean helped me navigate the best course of action for my flat tire and helped me do the cost benefit analysis needed to move forward with my predicament. I have nothing but postive things to say about the friendliness, attentiveness, knowledge, and helpfulness of the staff at this location.
I took my car here back in Septemberish and asked for an alignment. The C/S was fine didn’t really bother me. However when I brought my car in I was told my suspension was broken and I needed it to be fixed. “Air bags blue”. I found this very funny as last year I swapped my car over to struts.
