I have had service done at this location for at-least 10 years, and so has my family. Through the last 5 or so visits there has been consistent issues and shoddy service at best, arguably gross negligence & incompetence. My last visit months ago to this location had the front lower air fins missing entirely on my Acura which the service manager was confused to why. ordered new winter tires and rims from Kaltire at 9950 Macleod and was going to have them installed and the summer tires stored for the season. When I went for my appointment to drop the car off on October 20th, Ray, the manager talked to me and told me that I should also get the sensors for the valves so the tire monitoring system would work properly after the tire change, That would be an additional $240 to the original quote. Ray at Kal-Tire McLeod Trail Willow Park has always provided 5⭐️ service, and today was no exception. He took great care to ensure my brand new vehicle was well taken care of prior to installing my new Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5 tires. Like many in Calgary I was trying to get winter tires put on last week… I booked in for a service appointment a few days out. I dropped the car off in the morning for a morning appointment and when I called for a status update at 3 pm or so, Ray let me know that the tires had not actually arrived yet. He apologized for the mix up and ensured they would be done that evening. Terrible service, they made a mistake, but we have to wait half a day for an inspection. Wasted time and money, and no one wants to resolve the issue. They returned the keys and that's it
