I went at Kal Tire Macleod in Southland to have a Studded winter Tires. Very close to my house thats why I choose this location. I asked for a seasonal tire storage under my company fleetcard. They replaced the tires very quick in just one day which is amazing. Sadly it was winter tires but not studded.🤦♂️. They did not honor the the seasonal storage but my buddy did a seasonal tire storage approved at Kal Tire Chinook Branch. They put the season tires at the back of the truck with nothing. I had a flat tire on my way to work and decided to take it to Kal Tire afterward to get it patched. Unfortunately, the damage was too extensive to be repaired, but the team provided excellent customer service throughout the process. They were professional, helpful, and made the experience as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this location and will return for future tire services.
