Kal Tire is great. It's always a busy place, but they are courteous and professional. Always happy to return to this location for new tires, simple service, or troubleshooting. Friendly and accommodating.
never again. changed my tires myself after years of using their service and tire storage. they had identical looking lug nuts on there, some in metric and some in imperial... also busted a lug that was almost impossible to get off (im assuming they cross-threaded it)
The service here was outstanding. The people I dealt with were knowledgeable. They booked me in for an appointment. When I arrived they informed me that their air compressor had just broken down. They took my vehicle in to check the flat tire. They found a nail and marked it. They helped me find another location that had an opening right now.
On my big day with my new wife, found a screw in my tire and we were able to get it fixed by these kind people who went above and beyond in all ways happy to have their help. Then able to continue on our day. I’m glad we could be memorable as you were to us thank you.
