Mediocre. Made an appointment for a flat repair and wheel alignment. 2 hours later the flat tire was fixed ($38) and there was a car ahead of us on the alignment machine. So we cancelled it. The more senior guy up front was quite abrupt and difficult to talk to. Not exactly rude but not polite either. Job got done but slowly and not particularly pleasantly. Go here if it’s convenient but don’t go out of your way.
Always late, never follow scheduled time. Check a final bill before pay. Huge mess in shop, make sure that you get yours tires back or other stuffs.
Save your money and time. This was my first and for sure my last experience with KalTire. I booked tire change, wheel alignment and tire pressure sensor installation. Upon online booking said- please allow UP to 120 min to complete the appointment. I arrived exactly on time. 30 min passed of my appointment they did not started working on my car. After 3 hours and 30 min they just changed the tires without doing an alignment or installing tire pressure sensor. 3 hours and 30 min for just changing the tires??? Are you kidding ... read more
