Terrible service, understaffed, have no idea how to handle customers or what they are talking about. Give you false time quotes, Miss calling you to pick up your vehicle, doesn't notice that a customers vehicle has been in there shop for 4 hours and it has not been picked up because they never made the call, rushing to pick up your vehicle before they close because you were never notified on the status of your vehicle. NOT EVER GO HERE EXCEPT TO BE DISSAPPOINTED.
I brought in my tire October 8th for a patch job which was a Wednesday around 4PM and they told me when I first dropped it off that it may not be possible so I asked them to call me back ASAP to let me know if it can be fixed. I GOT NO CALL. I was also told that the tire wouldn’t be done til the next day which I found quite funny since I saw a group of mechanics just standing around when I first got to the shop. Fast forward to the next day, I had been on my donut tire for the past day too so I wasn’t exactly thrilled. They ... read more
We went for a tire change and told me max will take 90 mins. But it ended up around 3 hours of waiting.

Wasted my Saturday. I booked ahead to get winter tires swapped on my truck. I drop the truck off and mention "hey its a manual by the way". They say OK and let me go on my way. I get a call half hour after I get back home saying "hey we dont know how to drive manuals we cannot do your tires". So there all like "you gotta rebook during the week" like sure no problem except for the fact I specifically booked for Saturday because I cant take time off work during the week.
