I had been unhappy with my last kal tire experience, but Mitch reached out, and him and his team worked hard to make things right. Thank you for making today a positive experience, and rebuilding the trust that I have had with this location for years.
This is normally my go-to spot for anything tire related, but this last trip really has me doubting I'll be back. I went in after I had my brakes done somewhere else, as my vehicle is making a sound when I go above 40. Turns out I had air in my brake lines, something that kal tire did not recognize or offer to do anything about. They focused on my brakes and gave me no solution to my vehicle noise.
