Had an emergency visit to the store this morning due to a flat tire happened during a snowstorm. Staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Had to postpone my original appointment due to my own reason, a second appointment was arranged smoothly on the same day. Service was efficient and professional. Highly recommend choosing Kal Tire and this store location. Really appreciate your service!
2nd time when I go for a tire repair because of a nail hole, the answer is: NO it’s not going to be good if it’s repaired we can’t guarantee the efficiency . when I respond that I’m OK with that just fix the nail hole the answer changes to well it’s not repairable and we can get another tire for $500. Always going for the EASY and more EXPENSIVE option. BEWARE - They totally tricked me. I needed a tire repair on a Kal bought tire that went flat. I had to get AMA to come put on my spare - but we decided to put on my spare winter tire instead of the flimsy dounut that came with the car. Took it to this Windemere Kal Tire - they fixed it. I found out today, 4 months later - after another flat, that oddly, I had 3 Kal Tires and a winter tire on my car. Pulled up at 4:30 with my tire leaking. “Sorry we close at 5. We can’t help you.” So let me drive away and get a flat tire. Customer service is dead.
Fantastic team... great experience from my first phone call to them, to the friendly staff in their office when i went in for my appt; and the fast and professional service I received. Will go back next time I need help. Prices were very fair, too.
