A really poor service they offered me. I dropped my tire to get a flat repair they said that they will work on it and gave me an appointment to installed in my car a couple days later, when I got to my appointment end up they didn't work on my tire so I had to wait for them to do the work, and next day the tire is leaking again. I called and they said that they can give me another appointment two days later instead of taking ownership on their work an honor their warranty policy. I am guilty of not reading the reviews before visiting this location. I have now experienced the very poor customer service first hand and wasted alot of my time. I hope their management takes this as a learning experience and tries to improve things for other people that may still choose to take their business there. It seems to be mainly issues with front counter as well as attention to detail with work performed. I drove away after a tire change to get alerted that one tire was dangerously low on air. I have been a customer since the store opened. Service has gone downhill since and I be going elsewhere for my vehicles' needs going forward. The lack of professionalism and customer care from the staff has lost my trust. I will no longer recommend anyone to go here. Shoutout to Sara, the manager, who truly turned an initially negative experience into a positive. I had a frustrating experience initially with a single TPMS installation, & miscommunication with team members internally, however Sara, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right.
