I booked an alignment for my 1998 Mercedes ML320. I clearly asked in advance if they could perform this service on my model — they said “yes.” I arrived at the scheduled time, they inspected the vehicle, and then told me they couldn’t do the alignment until I replaced the tires. Only one tire was worn on the outside (due to the alignment issue), and technically the adjustment could have been done without a problem by setting the wheel squarely on the tread. Big thanks to Kal Tire for repairing my tire. It got punctuated by a nail and Costco refused to repair it. Guys from Kal Tire fixed and installed the tire in half hour. Pleasant experience. Will comeback for further tire shopping.
