Had a tire with a small leak that I had found via a soap test at home. I removed the tire from the vehicle and brought it for repair. I was informed that the tire had "multiple leaks, including the side wall, and was also in need of replacement due to wear." The tire had 10,000 km on it and had plenty of tread left. Further, none of the leaks that were identified were real upon subsequent soap testing by myself. Came in on Tuesday. I wasn't totally sure what tires I needed. The lady I spoke with was very friendly. She helped me pick tires once that she used herself. So I felt confident that they were a good pick. I booked an appointment for the following day, came in, had my tires changed. So in the span of two days I got new tires and had them installed for a reasonable price.

Raj and his team did a great job resolving issues that were not done correctly at another KalTire location. They were able to schedule me in quickly on two separate occasions and resolve both an incorrect wheel alignment and incorrect wheel balancing that should have been done by the 4704 Macleod Trail SW location with the new tire purchase on May 22nd. I won't be going back to that location but Raj's efforts have kept me as a KalTire customer at the 404 42 Ave SW location.
