Jessica Mann provided over the top customer service. I have purchased tires at many different Kal Tire locations in the past. I stopped in at the 42 Avenue location on my way home from work today, to get a tire patched, which I noticed had a screw in it when leaving work. I had never been to this location before, but had heard good things. I arrived at 4:30 pm and they close at 6 pm. Jessica said they could get me in at 5:30 pm.
