10/10. Kal Tire on 42nd fit me in last minute and provided excellent service. They were kind, efficient and proficient. Thank you!
I won't go into great detail other than to thank Kal Tire for the amazing service I recieved by Chris Roger's at this location, it had been a while since I had to stop by but will be back very soon for my Winter tires install after being treated so well.
So disgusted with these guys. Took it in for a brake repair that should have been under warranty, but they wouldn't honour it. I will never deal with these guys again, nor will I ever reccommend anyone I know use them. I would leave a "minus" star if I could. Horrible customer service in my opinion.
