Will not return to this location in specific and Kal Tire in general. Posted this review while searching for a better Tire shop! NEW: just noticed it' s been 6 years since this review. Have bought many tires. None here. None at Kal tire. Costco always has rebates on snow tires at this time of year. Shop anywhere else!

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for a simple winter tire swap at 11:00, expecting it to be handled efficiently. Instead, my car sat untouched for 45 minutes before even being brought into the bay, and the job wasn’t finished until 1:40. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if there’s no effort to start or complete the work anywhere near the booked time? Cal-Tire needs to seriously reconsider how they manage appointments and customer time.

Made an appointment - central booking - told it would be the usual… an hour. It was a Tuesday afternoon, so that tracked Sat there all afternoon while everyone before and after me came and went It’s autumn, so most were changing out all four tires, like me. No snow yet, so not crazy busy. After 2 hours, looking at my tireless car up on the lift, finally asked how much longer They shrugged, no apology, said at least 30 more minutes. Were rude and dismissive throughout NEVER going back

I had TWO scheduled appointments to get tires installed. So I was at the shop twice. During the second visit after waiting an hour, I was asked to come back a THIRD time to get it installed. This shop must be filled with completely incompetent people if they can’t do the most simple tire order. All I needed was a set of new Michelin winter tires. Zero stars if I could
