Will not return to this location in specific and Kal Tire in general. Posted this review while searching for a better Tire shop! NEW: just noticed it' s been 6 years since this review. Have bought many tires. None here. None at Kal tire. Costco always has rebates on snow tires at this time of year. Shop anywhere else
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My tire was replaced, but my vehicle was returned in terrible condition. I have a white interior, and it was covered in black grease and dirt. I spent a long time cleaning the leather seats with wipes, but the stains on the light-colored headliner won’t come off at all. I honestly don’t understand what someone had to do inside my car to leave it in this condition. Fast service. They were able to get my tires in same day. They balanced them properly.
Very disappointed in recent tire purchase. Tires on order for two weeks with no follow up until they advised they were out of stock. Found other tires and did wheel alignment but said camber could not be adjusted on my vehicle. Had to take the car into another location to get the alignment done right. Also mentioned I need led new rear brake pads so I took it into my mechanic who indicated lots of wear left. Don’t trust these guys for anything other than a simple tire swap or flat repair.
