They are not there. Been gone for over 2 years. They were in a store called SEARS?
My daughter went to Kal tire at the Willowbrook Mall. She told them she had a limit on the money she could spend and got mauled, she went to them for tires it morphed into wheel bearings and then a cv joint they blew by her limit by $1400.00 and then brought it back down to double her limit which she had to borrow money to pay. These guy's are scum and should be avoided at all cost. They get 1 star but I wish I could put a negative star.
The store manager helped me locate a set of winter tires for my truck. The first set was not a good fit but they replaced it with a much better match. I am impressed by their customer service and by their stores setup. I went to one of their other locations and I received very good info from a very courteous representative. My son had his tires replaced trough KalTire for years, and never encountered troubles when he went back for balancing or flat repairs.
