Kal Tire, previously Rocky Island, has always been excellent to me. Quick, inexpensive service no matter if it’s purchasing a full set or changing out a flat. Employee Mitch (particularly) has been very accommodating each time I’ve called.

Kal Tire has always been our go to for a fast reliable vehicle service and mechanic shop. However I wanted to highlight that today we had the most amazing customer service from TJ and the rest of the team. They went well over above and beyond for us with our run flat tire problem. Booked my truck in for an appointment this morning at 10:00am for a front end alignment. Received an email confirmation yesterday. Showed up this morning only to find that the alignment hoist was unavailable to use. I understand that these things happen but not so much as a phone call to let me know before i drove there is unacceptable. Was my first time using Kal Tire and will definitely be my last.
