Took my Mercedes E300 for an oil change there today, the employee opened the car door, and hit the divers door off the car lift. Extremely unprofessional, would NOT recommend getting your car serviced here.
Exceeded my expectations. When using a new place to service one's vehicle you always have concerns. From the first phone call to the second visit for additional work I was treated with respect and fairness. 4 new tires at a savings of over $300.00 from other competitors and a second appointment for some mechanical work that was reasonable and in budget. shop is organised and work moves along quickly. Keep up the great work kal-Tire Bracebridge.....😎
Worst service I have ever had.. Gave me different tires they said they were going too. Replaced parts without notifying me before. They went through my glove boxes looking for my lugnut lock and left everything tossed around 5he front seat. See pics. Told me they would call me 1st thing and ignored me the whole day until I came in the next day to what was going on. No respect at all. Will never go back.
Mitch provided one of the best customer experiences I've ever had getting a car repair done. Polite, professional, efficient and the brake repair was done with next to no personal inconvenience and for a very reasonable and fair cost. Thanks Mitch!
