Valve repair: fast, transparent and reasonably priced service ..on a Saturday!
Made an appointment two weeks ago to come in last friday (July 25th) for a simple alignment, told them I had a lifted truck with 33" tires and that its been there last year with different employees who did it. the guy over the phone said no problem we can get it done my mechanic is here until 6pm, I get there at 4:15pm just to he turned away because apparently the mechanic was leaving at 5pm and they would not have enough time when i live over an hour away, the guy calls me back to honor me beaing turned away offering a free... read more
I had an excellent experience with Kal Tire. I called ahead with some concerns, and the Store Manager, Sagar was extremely professional and informative over the phone. During my visit for an oil change, I also mentioned an issue with tire pressure. The team promptly identified a puncture and resolved it efficiently on the spot. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of service truly stand out. One of the most reliable and well-managed mechanic shops in the city.
When I bought new winter tires there a year and a half ago I was impressed, ndcreally lijed tge people, so I decided later to get back brakes done. It took much longer than expected to even get the car in so I had to put off an appointment, then when I went to pay the price was much higher than I'd been quoted.
