Its been 3 hours since I left my car for an oil change. They said they would call within 90 minutes. Ive called multiple times, they do not answer the phone. No one contacted me to say was car was ready. Manager blamed lack of communication on an automated text system error. Cost was $160.

I brought my vehicle to have the tires swapped for the Spring/Summer season. After waiting one hour, they examined my tires only to tell me they cannot move forward due to wear & tear. Why wouldn't you do this inspection prior to having your customer sit around in the parking lot. Pathetic!
