Hi it's Jimmy I would like to say thanks to Jordan and Nrehal for their absolutely amazing price and excellent service on my new tires, these guys are next level,my appointment was at 4:30 my truck was on the lift at 4:30 fast and professionally done and also I'd like to say we'll done to Nrehal for taking care of the young lady who walked in and was having problems with her tire pressure he took care of it without hesitation that's old school type of service.
I had an urgent situation when I noticed the wire mesh showing on my brand new front left tire, making me hesitant to drive. I visited Kal-Tire, and I was impressed with how seriously the front desk staff took my concerns, even without an appointment. Three technicians immediately attended to my car and diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be tire-related. Big thanks to Waqas for his work. My front inner tie rod end adjustment bolt was dead seized but he did a great job fighting it. ( I was already aware of that issue beforehand but not about the extent of it.) Unfortunately no one is selling the replacement part for 2015 Scion TC as it is directly attached to the steering rack. ( Which is almost $1200> Now it is moving freely. And alignment specs look right
