Great tires, but disappointed with careless handling during alignment I recently got Nokian Hakkapeliitta tires installed here — the tires themselves are great, providing excellent grip and confidence on the road. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my car during the alignment process. The mechanic chipped some of the paint on the side and even damaged the Honda logo on the steering wheel. From the moment I walked in, and had a very detailed discussion with the service associates, I knew I had come to the right place. I already made my decision on tires doing quite a bit of my own research, or so I thought. Long story short, I decided to take the advice of knowledgable service council and opted to go with a better tread design staying in the high end level I wanted. Stay away from this location - will damage your car and deny it. Brought my new car here back in the spring for it's first tire swap to make sure tires are balanced and aligned. The very next day I started hearing loud noises from one of my tires and brought it back and they found nothing. Took it to an actual mechanic and they found a damaged wheel bearing due to a wheel not mounted correctly.
