I got new Nokian WRG5 tires installed on my vehicle, love the tires but disappointed with the shop. Unfortunately a few issues came up, they failed to perform the TPMS service (new stem valve) as was in the order and is industry practice. They didn't include the VIN or the Kms on the invoice so I have no idea how I will get warranty coverage if any issues come up. ---- Update: heard back and adjusted rating to 3 star
