Had a very pleasant experience at Kal Tire Kipling. I was hearing a groaning sound in the front end of my vehicle, and I needed to compete a long drive on the weekend, I needed it to be checked before then. I called in the morning and Jai got me in the same day to look at the issue. The mechanic Corey, kept me involved in the assessment process and helped me better understand what the issue was. Friendly / good service They wanted 1726$ for a job (without the tires) I got done for 650$ (and it came with warranty) Also got 4 new tires (which I needed because of damage) Crazy how much more they want to charge, and what I really don’t like is with the high cost they want you to go to their 3rd party loan company… just to get more money The 2 starts are just for the mechanics in the back that told me to go somewhere else
Alex goes above and beyond for a great customer service. Kal tire should be lucky to have him. He is a rare find. Make sure to ask all the right questions to know exactly what you are getting from the store. They have a lot of options for everything depending on your preference.
