Good service.
Bought some tires from this store had them installed paid quite a bit of money. The tires are great unfortunately the technician stripped all my lug nuts. So when I went to change my brakes, I couldn’t get my tires off. I called them and was told a manager would contact me. No one did I don’t want any money, I would like them to talk to their technicians and let them know that you can’t hide this stuff. Don’t go here. Thank you to Jessica, Tem, and the entire Kal Tire team for the outstanding service! On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, I visited Kal Tire with a tire issue (tire was not purchased there). They thoroughly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained why the tire couldn’t be repaired, and confirmed they didn’t have a suitable replacement. It was an amazing experience with KalTire this past week. They made sure I was aware of what I need to know before leaving. I took notes and Dion was patient with me, explaining everything and answering all my questions. He is an amazing human being, as well. Jessica and Michelle were very helpful on the phone. Even they could not help me with the issue my car had, they pointed me in the right direction and did everything that was possible.
Dropped in needed some air in my tires they were short staffed so a bit of a wait staff gone for lunch but eventually got air.
