I'm trying to get another flat tire so I come back and again.... experience the customer service promptness and price I received from this location when you took care of my flat tire. You saved my ass.
Took my mom’s car in for a tire repair, and they came back and told me her tire was irreparable and handed me a quote for two new tires because I shouldn’t buy just one. What they forgot to mention was that she had a full spare tire in her trunk, and never even gave me the option to put one on. Yes I should have known about the spare, but I thought they would have given me all the information so I could make an informed decision.
