Very disappointed in recent tire purchase. Tires on order for two weeks with no follow up until they advised they were out of stock. Found other tires and did wheel alignment but said camber could not be adjusted on my vehicle. Had to take the car into another location to get the alignment done right. Also mentioned I need led new rear brake pads so I took it into my mechanic who indicated lots of wear left. Don’t trust these guys for anything other than a simple tire swap or flat repair. I have used this Kal Tire for 3 years for tire storage, seasonal rotations, and other maintenance work. It’s been overall okay, but I had a bad customer service experience with my rotation this year that cost me time and money, and that was enough for me to look elsewhere. To do a seasonal tire rotation for tires on rims, with them in their storage facility, took 2 appointments on 2 different days and over course of 3.5 hours. They are super disorganized, I had 3 sets of tires in storage with them. They swapped my tires from my winters to my new winters which caused wear on them. Brand new summers were in storage over that summer while on my winters. Now coming to finally get those new summers put on, they are telling me they’re to worn to install. Losing my tires once again. Rude and unhelpful towards the situation, if I could write 0 stars I would.
