I've purchased a few sets of tires at Kal Tire over the years from two locations including this one. Service has always been good and staff are helpful and professional. This visit I came in with what I thought was a slow leak to have repaired, turned out to be a bent rim. They went through options with me, did a temporary repair on the rim until I could sort out the proper repair with a nearby shop they recommended (and offered to coordinate at a nominal cost for saving me the hassle), and also checked out a brake question ... read more

I bought tires at KAL tire a few years ago and came back for tire rotation, it was very straightforward. The female associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about tires. I have bought tires at KAL for the last 10 years.
Had a sidewall heavy gouged leaking a lot of air, stopped in here. They don’t do trailers and kicked me off the property trying to change to my spare, sighting their insurance. Noted that it would a safety issue and legal issue for me to continue on, especially if the tire failed on the road. Manager stated it was a silly rule, I told him was was ridiculous.
