Very very poor customer server at this location. Very disappointed
Raj and Gurtej at Kal Tire are amazing! Even 30 minutes before closing, Raj took the time to help us and gave us hope, and Gurtej confidently fixed our tire—saving us from spending $700 on a new one. Fantastic service, I 100% recommend these guys!
I came in for a flat repair and ended up replacing my tires. While the service itself was okay, they left the nut covers inside my car. Not sure if that means the job wasn’t properly finished or if that’s just standard practice here. Pretty sure I wasn’t short on the payment so I expected a more complete service.
Amazing service!!! Costco wouldn’t fix my tire saying it wasn’t able to be fixed and wanted to sell me new tires! Kal tire got it done and didn’t even charge me!! Great customer service!! When I do need new tires I’ll forsure buying them here!
Excellent service every time I go to this location, I refer as many friends as I can. Thank you for your service
