Great service, they were able to track down a tire and have it in that day, the installation appointment took less than half an hour.
I wanted to give a huge shout out to the front desk team and technician teams here at Kal Tire! My tire became super low while I was on my way to work, and I feared I had a nail in it. The previous day, I went to another shop and they said it was just low and I had no nails….. Faith was the first individual I interacted with. They were SOOOO attentive and focused in on helping me, even though they were fully booked and busy as heck. Great place to get your new tires. I got mine installed and a couple of days later upon checking the actual size of the tires to see if it was the exact tires and size that I ordered, I noticed that it was the brand that I ordered, but not the size that I ordered. This location got 1 star only because I had to! I’m extremely disappointed in this location and will never recommend it! I ordered 4 tires from kaltire for my SUV June 24th and had booked the appoinment for June 28th at this location. On June 28th, I dropped my SUV off, kaltire had my SUV for 2.5hrs before they called to tell me that my tires were not in and that the tires were coming in from BC on a truck.
