Disappointed with the wait time here. Even with a 10:00 AM appointment for tires already on rims, work didn't start for an hour. Total time was two hours for a simple swap. Giving 3 stars because they at least discounted the bill for the inconvenience, but don't expect to be in and out quickly.
I have had issues everyone I bring my vehicle here. When I brought it in last fall to do a swap from summer to winter, I got the vehicle home and a couple hours later my front driver's side tire was flat. I went to fill it and it was leaking from the valve stem. I had to remove the tire and put the spare on because it was leaking to quickly to run it over. Fast forward to a couple days ago. I purchased 4 new winter tires a few months ago and sadly had a puncture while I was several hours out of town and my car is stuck there. Long story short, Kal Tire management came up with a great solution to help get my vehicle back using their warranty plan. Much appreciated!
