It is very apparent that this Kal Tire location takes great pride in what they do and care about their customers; the experience they give and the products they sell. My tire popped while I was on the way to an important event right near this location. I was able to get my vehicle to their parking lot. Had a few issues but the manager quickly resolved our issues and made sure we left happy.
Absolutely disgraceful service. We went in two weeks ago after we booked an appointment and ordered $1300 worth of tires. We used financing so there was an extra fee which we were okay with. Was told alignment was included in this price but they booked us in when they couldn’t do it. So we had to come back and pay the financing fee again for the alignment! Then the tires shook like crazy so we went back again for a rebalancing. Great. Tires still shook! I went back again and told they needed to be rebalanced again! Left and ... read more
