Incredibly frustrating experience. I booked an alignment and explicitly told the manager it was a JDM vehicle. He said it was no problem. When I arrived the next day, they turned me away and blamed their own staff for the mixup. They knew I had a 300km trip the next day and simply did not care. Avoid this place if you expect reliable communication and professional service.
