I brought my car in to swap from winter to summer tires. All sets were already on rims. They swap the tires over no problem, but when I went to drive the car, it was vibrating and shaking really bad. I returned the car and they said that I needed to get a balance as they don’t do that when swapping tires. I brought it back to do that ($200 job) and I asked them to look into why my car was making a creaking clicking kind of noise.
