Great service. Clean store staff was helpful to our needs in tires for terrain we live on. Not only did I get tires but also a puppy and named him Kal after the store

Incredible service. Blew a tire on Hwy 1 and got stranded with the whole family. Got a tow to KalTire and they had us fixed up and on our way in 30 mins with no appointment and charged us nothing to boot. Thanks guys!
Incredibly frustrating experience. I booked an alignment and explicitly told the manager it was a JDM vehicle. He said it was no problem. When I arrived the next day, they turned me away and blamed their own staff for the mixup. They knew I had a 300km trip the next day and simply did not care. Avoid this place if you expect reliable communication and professional service.
