Last year they broke 2 of my husbands sensors and yesterday it took 2 hours and 15 min to do my tires when I had an appointment. I decided not to store my tires again and to try somewhere else next year. I get the feeling nobody cares and you are just a number.
From the phone call to the installation of new tires. Everyone here at this location has exceptional customer service, great knowledge and no one is trying to upsell you anything. I wish more car places were like you guys. Other companies should look to you for high standards. Thanks for everything and thanks for the awesome pic of the belt!
There aren’t enough words to describe how great this place is! I came in needing my car fixed the same day, and I especially want to mention Chris who went above and beyond to make it happen. I called, and he was willing to help no matter what. Super friendly, honest, and reliable — this place truly has good people! Highly recommend!
