The staff were incredibly helpful fitting me into their busy schedule to fix my tire when I was visiting London from out of town. They were so accommodating, very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend!
Everything about this location is top tier! From the initial phone call till I end of service. Spoke to ryan, Told him about my issue with my car was turns out I was right it was a wheel bearing. Got in for wheel bearing, oil change & alignment. No hidden sneaky stuff, no upselling! Waited a bit longer but only cause the wrong part was delivered “beyond kal tires fault” maybe waited total of 3h. Nothing but upfront honesty. Great prices! Would definitely recommend. I have used this place several times for service to my car and overall felt like work was of solid quality. Most recently, I ordered a set of new rims with this KalTire location and was incredibly disappointed with the customer service and experience overall. Employees promised several deadlines/timelines that were not met and failed to provide any proactive communication, which was highly frustrating. Made an appointment for a tire swap, arrived early to drop off my vehicle and was warned it could take up to 90min. I ended up waiting 150min, no reason given, just a "sorry about the delay" then to make matters worse, when I got in my vehicle, I saw that they didn't even put my winter tires back into the car. Screwed up my entire afternoon schedule. I expected better for this price.
Very poor customer service. The staff was pushing Nokian tires aggressively and laughed when I mentioned another brand. I also felt uncomfortable with the way I was treated, which came across as disrespectful and discriminatory. I ended up going to another location. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.
