The rep Greg, who helped me get the quote was very polite and he answered all of my questions. He also provided suggestions based on his experience.
Working from 8 to 6:30 everyday so I came in store today pretty early. I came in at 7:45 and was greeting by “big” sale man. Sorry for using word “big”, but I did not have a chance to ask for his name. He said that I might have to come back later in beginning, but after knowing that I work 8 to 6:30 everyday, he said “you know what, today I am a sale man, but I will handle your leaking tire now.
