I am from the Windsor area and got a flat tire on the way to London. CAA came and put my spare on for me When I arrived in London I went to the Kal Tire on Wharncliffe road and was met by a fantastic gentleman named Christian who was the greatest guy that I could have met. I explained my dilemma and without hesitation he my tire out of the truck, fixed it and then pulled my truck in the garage and put it back on the truck and also put my spare back under the truck. Best price in town and very helpful staff, like Patrick
The staff I’ve dealt with at this location has always been very kind to me. I know very little about cars and they help and answer my questions when needed. They never make me feel stupid or less-than, and they aren’t intimidating! (Which I can’t say the same for some other car places I’ve been)
The guys at this branch are the best. Very friendly and very professional.
