Had a great experience at Kal-Tire recently. The shop is under new management with some other staffing changes, and the difference is night and day. I had a small issue from the previous team, but the new manager made sure I was taken care of quickly and professionally. New management took the time to get details of my incident, reviewed solutions, explained everything clearly, and went the extra mile to make it right.
