Great and efficient service!! Ordered tire over the phone and when I went in, it took only 10 minutes! Amazing service and recommend. As a fellow red seal tech and service manager I recommend this place for their professionalism and attention to detail and quick turn around services. I have seen some other reviews complain about wait times, this is the industry we are in and cannot accommodate everyone the second they walk in without an appointment. I appreciate your guys help! Wish you could give negative stars. Installed my tires, told me my suspension was messed and needed a new one which is why they couldn't do alignment. A few months later the tires were destroyed, took it to another mechanic, he said there is nothing wrong with the alignment, just my car has a 5 bolt system, rather than the usual 3 bolt system. This is incompetence at its finest. Do not go here.
Went into the office and asked if they could get me a plug in my tire because I picked up a screw. I told him if they could get me in right away I'd buy two new tires right there and then. She said no we couldn't do that till later this afternoon, even though I saw that there were guys standing around and the bays were pretty much empty. Went over to North Shore Tire. They got me in right away. They also got the sale for two new tires. They had the tires I needed in stock. Customer service just isn't what it used to be.
Es increíble que lleve el carro al servicio, y soloe hayan cambiado el aceite, y no me hayan llamado para preguntarme si quería darle mantenimiento al líquido de frenos y reparar la llanta que se mueve y me hayan dejado ir así!!!!!! Que clase de servicio es este ? Acaso les importa la seguridad de sus clientes ???
