I’ve bought my tires from here for many years and spent a lot of money. I went in the other day with a low tire, hoping to get it fixed really quick cause I was headed up the Coq in all the storms. The guy said we’re full come back tomorrow. I said c’mon just have a look, use the hand jack if the bays are full. He said we don’t use hand jacks. I visited your service center for my truck, and I was received with the utmost courtesy. The customer service representatives and technicians were extremely helpful and demonstrated great expertise in their work. I am very satisfied with the service performed. I would particularly like to express my gratitude to Enayat, the service manager.
Had a great experience with Ahmad, he took a 1 star review and turned it into a 5. Had a new set of front tires put on yesterday, and unfortunately came outside to a flat this morning. Took the car back to the shop, and Ahmad help us diagnose the problem, owned up to the mistake that was made, and fixed it right away. He even took the time to take off the spare and put the wheel back on himself. Appreciate someone who is honest and takes the time to fix a mistake.
Excellent service, very professional and caring.
