Helpful staff, booking was easy. Only complaint is took longer than quoted but the staff was very nice and apologized that they were understaffed that day.
On August 6 around 7:40am, while driving in the rain, my dashboard light came on and I quickly discovered I had a flat tire (one of the tire's pressure was down to 7 and I was in a panic mode!). I Googled to see if Kal Tire was open since it was in the direction I was heading. They were open nice and early so I stopped by right away, hoping they could help. I had a fantastic experience at Kal Tire North Vancouver thanks to Shiva! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire tire replacement process.
Lame service there before opening six bays completely empty not a car on the lot simple little screw in a tire could be done in under 10 minutes two workers there not working on any tires. " Oh you have to book appointment !" Go to Rudy's tires on North Fraser way totally way better they'll take you in for a little screw repairs right away. Never go to Kal
Great and efficient service!! Ordered tire over the phone and when I went in, it took only 10 minutes! Amazing service and recommend. As a fellow red seal tech and service manager I recommend this place for their professionalism and attention to detail and quick turn around services. I have seen some other reviews complain about wait times, this is the industry we are in and cannot accommodate everyone the second they walk in without an appointment. I appreciate your guys help! Thank you again.
