Ordered 2 sets of studded winter tires. 1st set they ordered wrong rim size (20in not the 22 I needed) then took my truck in and they put on NON studded tires NOT the ones I ordered!!! Incompetent salesperson. They don’t even deserve the 1 star!!!
The best customer service! I got new studded winter tires (Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT3) for my pickup. Had no idea what to get but those were the highest suggested for the area I live. The team at Kal tire helped me through the whole process with quotes; multiple quotes actually as we figured out what I needed. Booked my appointment that fit my schedule and was only there a couple of hours for a full installation on my rims, balancing, and I had a wheel alignment done to because I do run my truck on back roads.
