Sorry to edit this after the owner responded to the original but my experience has changed. Yokohama instructed me to bring my tire to Kal for a warranty claim as they are an official dealer, even though it was purchased elsewhere. I did and the staff were great until the Regional Manager heard about this and then decided that because the tire wasn't purchased at Kal, she wasn't going to bother submitting the claim. I tried to speak to her about it but she didn't return my calls
Brought in my Yokohama tire for a warranty issue and Kal Tire agreed to do everything they could to put the claim through and get Yokohama to honour it. That's all I can ask for!
Female representative was rude her behaviour was bad , she’s not able to handle anything
Very bad interaction with front desk representative , she was very rude and her behaviour was unacceptable
