I booked my appointment for a tire change in advance. The date worked for me as I had the day off. I thought it would be a 90 minute wait at the latest, however, the technician mentioned that my rear brake pads were worn down, as well as my struts needed to be replaced. Three hours later, I got my car back with my new 3-season tires, new brakes, and new struts. It was a little unexpected, but I'm glad that they were able to accommodate the extra work. Hats off to the mechanic for his tireless work.
Great experience at Kal Tire thanks to Manav. He clearly explained Tesla tire options and the difference between EV and regular tires. Very professional, patient, and helpful , made the decision easy. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
