Went to have a nail in my tire repaired well within the tread tried to tell me I need to replace the tire unfortunately I worked at a tire shop at one time in my life and they didn't bother to even check the inside of the tire to see how close to the side wall it was very disappointed and won't be returning to this location again the customer service is sub par and I make this claim after previous poor experiencees with their customer service team who ever is running this location is doing a very poor job it used to be a gre... read more
I got a nail in my tire. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted immediately. I explained my situation and the gentleman at the front desk came out right away to my vehicle to inspect the tire. He applied soap on the tire to see if it was leaking air. Turns out it wasn’t deep enough. He pulled out the nail and saved me $1000! Very professional and helpful. Thank you!
Had a very hard time communicating woth the gentleman that answered the phone. In the end I drove from Burnaby to Langley for them to tell me they didnt have the tire that the original person i talked to said they had. I wish I hot his name He did not seem experienced.
There might be skilled at what they do but the customer service needs to be up. i arrived to their location 15 mins prior to the closing time and needed a quick tire pressure check it was inconsistent in two of the back ones. The guy standing there absolutely had a non welcoming look and said come tomorrow since they are “ closing down/other stuff to do “. should i book an appointment for even a tire pressure check?
Kal Tire has great service, and have been awesome to me when I have had troubles with my starter. They are very understanding and I highly recommend a visit.
