Brought my vehicle in today for a full tire swap and had an excellent experience. Been a customer for over 35 years. The shop is well-managed, organized, and the staff is genuinely helpful without trying to push unnecessary extras on you. They got the work done quickly and safely, and the pricing was clear right from the start. Solid local shop that respects your time—five stars all the way.
I came in for a tire change on Saturday. Halfway home to Agassiz, I notice a wobble sound and feeling coming from the front right tire. I nervously drove it the rest of the way home. I was so scared to drive it at all after that. The next day I took it into a shop in Agassiz and explained what had happened. They said that KalTire is notorious for not properly torquing tires or informing customers about a retorque. Apparently you guys claim your double torque is good enough. Edit: 4 years later and still amazing customer service! I always recommend them! Thank you for the prompt, professional and courteous service. The guys got my car in quickly, after I discovered 5 nails in my tire. They also only replaced the two tires and didn't try to upsell and pressure me to buy the other 2, when I didn't need them. It's not the first time we have come here and certainly wont be the last. Thanks again.
I always had my tires changed for the season at Kal tire for the past 11 years; however this year at this location my experience was utterly disappointing. I was dismissed and disappointed by the attitude of the manager Phil- who seemed really uninterested to even hear my issue (Ignored TPMS Calibration- as noted by another place). Unfortunately moving forward- I’ll not be using their services. Sad that it was run well and in a respectful manner for many years, making it a trusted and reliable go-to spot for car services.
From the moment I called and made an appointment the service I received was exceptional.
