was easy to book an appointment online and they have convenient hours and weekend times. staff had good communication while performing my tire change and was done in the scheduled appointment time
Pretty frustrated showing up to my appointment for a battery swap. After making an appointment in person the day before. I show up I am checked in with no warning, I see them pull my truck in. I get it, their busy, so after an hour of waiting i ask how the job is going, being patient and respectful. , She said they are still working on it. Well, I dealt with Marc P. for over 20 years at another Tire Dealer in town, now he has moved to Kal Tire. So, I guess I have moved as well, he is he best ! We have just never dealt with anyone else, so we will see ! oops, I mean OK Tire in Fraser Hwy.
Bought 4 new snow tires and had them mounted and balanced. I had brought in 4 loose rims/tires and when I unloaded them at home, I noticed they have been used. There are small rocks embedded in the tread, the nubs are almost worn away and the tires are dirty. It was never discussed the tires would be used.
Dropped in to order a set of new Nokian WRG5 tires. I've bought this series many times over the years; absolutely great tires. Got an appt the next day to have them changed. They weren't very busy, which was nice. But mind you, the first sign of snow hadn't arrived yet. Negotiated a good price.
