I would like to draw the management kind attention to one of your front-desk staffs named DNAEEM who dealt with me on my appointment day of tire installation. The guy is very unfriendly and repulsive. I had my car's new tires installed here a couple of days ago spending almost $1500 and I have the right to know what specific service Kaltire would complete on my order and if any additional service requires. Update: the person on the right, just called me and intimidated me to remove their picture on google review. Apparently, he is the Assistant Manager. Not even an apology or anything. Even told me he will sue me for the picture which he permitted to take in the first place. I asked permission before i took the picture and they both agreed to it. JT is the man! Got me in and out in a jiffy!
I took my car for a some issue..had it diagnosed. They found other problems but they won't fix the main issue that I called for unless I deal with the other problems. I cannot afford the estimate expenses for all the work that they were planning. So I paid the diagnosis fee and took my car back. Is that normal that they won't deal with a specific issue unless you do what they suggest to do?
Our bus for the preschool got a flat tire 2 hours before our fieldtrip. Harsh Dham got us in right away and fixed the tire. This place is so amazing, considerate and quick! They saved the day and we will definitely be coming back for future needs. 10/10
