Very nice friendly staff, and quickly repaired my tire that had a nail in it.
They took a really long time to get my single tire checked and replaced. They also tried to scare me into getting new brake pads and rotors, when I checked with my local auto mechanic they said they were completely fine and still had a lot of life in them despite how they look on the outside. Was not a fan except for the free windshield wiper replacement

4th visit - another nail in the tire. Bad luck keeps hunting me. This time there is 5% air left and I had to fill up air before allowing me to drive to Kal Tire. Went in with frustration as I had a full day ahead of me. Diab greeted me and fit me in immediately for an appointment. Came back in 1.5 hours and my car is ready and waiting in the parking stall.
