Great work. Methodical & timely execution of work.
I appreciate the friendliness of the service, and that things kept to my appointment time. What I don’t appreciate is the obvious upsells for additional services. I’ve had my car for less than three week and have the full dealer inspection I reviewed when buying the car. Kal Tire’s inspection recommend I replace my back brake pads/routers, the same brakes that Toyota said have 85% of their life remaining just 300km ago. Thanks for letting me know that the set of winter tires I bought from another tire service center sold me an old set (12 yrs old on the time I bought them from that shop). Great service and technical skills of your crew. Definitely recommend you guys to all the people i know if they need tire services.
I thought I had a tire leak. I phoned Kal Tire and got an appointment that same morning. I took my car there. Everything was checked in less than 2 hours, and free of charge because there was no leak. I have nothing but praise for the quality of service I received at Kal Tire. Austin at reception was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!
