UNBELIEVABLE! MULTIPLE QC Issues I lost $375 and every evening for a week due to poor workmanship, communication, and quality control. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Kal Tire Spruce Grove was so unacceptable that I feel compelled to warn others. I brought in a tire for a simple rear bead reseating, having clearly marked the leak points. Great service at front desk. Purchased brand new tires usually they clean them up nice. This time the white solution was still all over them.
A solid 5 star rating I dropped my vehicle off this afternoon for a flat tire lady at the front counter was extremely nice I returned a couple hours later (shocking because it's a busy time of year) there was no charge it was a valve stem issue the technician reset my low tire sensor and was complimented on my vehicle being clean which they appreciate any tires issues in the future I'll definitely return to this location great job
I’ve always gone to this shop for tire changes, but this time was a major disappointment. They weren’t able to replace one of my front tires from all-season to winter because they claimed they didn’t have a socket that fit one of the lug nuts. They said the nut was a different size, and my only options were to change just three tires and leave the fourth as is, or to have them put the all-season tires back on. I had such a wonderful experience at Kal, Scott the manager was more than professional and helped me find the best tires in my budget. He didn’t try to oversell me and understood my concerns for safety with winter driving. The rest of the staff is knowledgeable and beyond friendly, will definitely be going back in the future and cannot recommend them enough!
