I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Kal Tire in Spruce Grove. After discovering an issue with my tire, I brought my vehicle in, and they were able to take it into the shop right away. I used to take my vehicles here for tires quite often. But I’ve had too many problems with them now. It’s totally cool to have a little fun in the workplace but there’s a line between fun and professionalism. They are far over the line at this point and in my opinion, it’s starting to show in the quality of work that’s being performed.
