Pulled in right when they opened and had Scott up front. I noticed when i pulled out my tire sensor indicated it was low. Looked and sure enough a nail. I work in the city as a healthcare worker so i have a schedule to keep. He was very kind and understanding with a good sense of humor to ease my stress. Lol. Fixed my tire up fast so i didnt have to reschedule my next patient. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Shame on you Kal tire for taking advantage of a single woman. I came in for a tire rotation and was told that my vehicle with 82,000 km needed a new ball joint and wheel alignment for a sum of almost $500. Thank heavens, I chose to take it to a trusted friend who is a mechanic. The ball joint is in excellent shape and I do not need a wheel alignment. I would not recommend, especially single women, to go to this place and blindly accept what they say is required without getting a second opinion.
Been coming here since I started working in spruce in 2024. Up to today, just tire swaps in April/october. Always super quick (like, to the point I wonder if they actually even did the job yet) and friendly service. Wheels started making not good sounds yesterday, booked service elsewhere for later this week. Today sounded like wheel was about to blow up and/or fall off and decided I didn’t want to wait.
