Good and fast services Kal Tire, strathmore
Had rear brakes done in January of this year. Checked my brake pads in July and noticed one of the wheel studs was crossed threaded on one of my rear tires. Kal tire replaced the crossed threaded wheel stud and lug nut a no charge to me, 6 months later! Wow! Was extremely grateful and appreciated! Would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs!
Not once but twice in the last couple months I have had issues with tires on my horse trailer. Of course always when in a hurry to get somewhere and the staff at Kal tire have always been incredible! Fitting me in last minute repairing and replacing my tires and getting me back on the road. They are open earlier than the other tire shops which is very convenient and the service is always exceptional!
I have been visiting Kal Tire for years and have only ever had great experiences. Sadly, my last experience wasn’t so great. I showed up for my appointment, and was told they couldn’t find my booking. That was resolved with some story and I left my van to get my winter tires put on. Upon picking up my van, my low tire sensor kept going off. My boyfriend, who is a journeyman technician, checked my tires multiple times and they were all fine. The sensor kept going off.
