Not once but twice in the last couple months I have had issues with tires on my horse trailer. Of course always when in a hurry to get somewhere and the staff at Kal tire have always been incredible! Fitting me in last minute repairing and replacing my tires and getting me back on the road. They are open earlier than the other tire shops which is very convenient and the service is always exceptional!
I have been visiting Kal Tire for years and have only ever had great experiences. Sadly, my last experience wasn’t so great. I showed up for my appointment, and was told they couldn’t find my booking. That was resolved with some story and I left my van to get my winter tires put on. Upon picking up my van, my low tire sensor kept going off. My boyfriend, who is a journeyman technician, checked my tires multiple times and they were all fine. The sensor kept going off. Excelente service Didn’t have the tire I needed when I got there but the guy went to Calgary to pick it up, 2:30hours later my car was ready

Just finished getting my third set of All weather tires from Kal Tire in Strathmore and as usual the service is quick and amazing and prices are fair. Will see you guys again in another 100,000 km or if we buy a new vehicle. Whichever comes first.
