The receptionist felt pretty robotic and lacked a personal touch in communication.
I had a really great experience at Kal Tire on Kirschner. Devin was incredibly helpful when it came to deciding what tires to get, especially with my budget and the tradeoff between quality and value. He took the time to explain my options honestly and never once tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need. He was easy to talk to, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend asking for Devin next time you need tire help. He’s one of the good guys in the automotive industry.

Went in for regular tire rotation. No charge involved as they were Kal Tires on the vehicle. Efficient, helpful staff who offered additional pertinent feedback concerning the car after the work was done. I find them to be consistently great with their services. Keep up the good work!
