This is my second bad experience with Kal Tire. I had them install new tires but when I got home I realized they got grease all over the rims and tires. I forgot the last time I bought a set of tires and rims from them they scratched one of the rims. If they cannot even change a set of rims without damaging them or tires without leaving a greasy mess I certainly wouldn't trust them with anything mechanical.
We went in for flat repair and Steve was the one who helped us and got us set up. We waited not long at all. He was very accomodating and friendly, said our kids were super well behaved compared to other children. Him and his co-workers were great. Keep up the great work tou guys.
This is my go to tire shop, Steve and the guys really care about their customers and are always providing top notch customer service and quality work. Would 100% recommend
I came in without an appointment and they are busy and short staffed but the guy at the counter was worried about a safety issue with my car and took the time to help me even though he clearly didn’t have extra time. I think that’s going above and beyond. Much appreciated!
Great service at short notice. Had my rental car flat tire repaired in less than an hour first thing in the morning. Had my wheel fixed while the family were asleep at the hotel. This allowed us to get back on our journey from Canmore to Vancouver without any delay. And I love the colour scheme of the reception area. My favourite colours
