*Update Oct,2026 - Kal Tire Head Office took accountability for this location's behavior, apologised showing the company does at least care customer service while this location does not.* *Update Sept 16th - another lie discovered, the "VIP" install price of $32 per tire, apparently a discount from the $40+ it usually costs, is the standard cost upon calling other locations and completing a quote online. I came here on September 11th to get Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires (which are great). I was told while paying for my new tires that I would need to get an inner tie rod end replaced as well as a wheel alignment which would cost me another $555. I booked in with my mechanic for the replacement. About 15 minutes into my scheduled 2 hr appointment, my mechanic brings me into the shop to show me my inner tie rod end hasn't even been removed because the normal rust build up hasn't been cleared from the bolt threads, nor does the... read more
My family has solely relied on Kal Tire for all of our tires but this location left a bad taste in my mouth. I walked in to order new studded tires for my new car and to also book an appointment. Unfortunately if he asks you for your tire size and you give it to him but you’re not 100% sure, he can’t help you. Go order it yourself online. He cannot be bothered to: 1. Check his own website 2. Returned to Kal Tire to begin warranty replacement process in early May and was told by Travis that tires were fine for summer driving so warranty would not cover until the tires were unsafe.
