Completely incompetent people working here. Twice I’ve had to go back after a tire swap because they forgot to calibrate the TPMS. Always takes way longer than they tell you. Two visits ago they “forgot” to order the right parts for rims I purchased from them to be installed. When I asked one of the employees why they are making so many simple mistakes, the reasoning they gave me was they have new guys who don’t know what they are doing. There was a small issue with my brakes during installation. Once it was discovered, Kal Tire corrected it right away. No pleading or drama was required; just great service and a positive experience. Wouldn't take it anywhere else for brakes and tires.
Would not recommend going here. My truck went in for new tires and alignment. They put the new tires on and did not do the alignment due to other issues. When asked why they would put the new tires on when they would just get worn out quickly the manager lied and said it was not possible to tell the work needed to be done until the new tires had been put on. He was quite rude about it as well. Take your business somewhere else.
Very surprised by the phone call I received a week after my routine tire change. A staff member called asking whether I had received service at the store. After some back and forth, it was finally determined that I had my tires changed a week earlier. This immediately left me wondering why that information was not readily available in your system. Older lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She had another rude customer before me which I understand but was completely rude when I asked a question completely polite. No need for any of that. Definitely would stay away from this shop
