Would not recommend going here. My truck went in for new tires and alignment. They put the new tires on and did not do the alignment due to other issues. When asked why they would put the new tires on when they would just get worn out quickly the manager lied and said it was not possible to tell the work needed to be done until the new tires had been put on. He was quite rude about it as well. Take your business somewhere else.
Very surprised by the phone call I received a week after my routine tire change. A staff member called asking whether I had received service at the store. After some back and forth, it was finally determined that I had my tires changed a week earlier. This immediately left me wondering why that information was not readily available in your system. Older lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She had another rude customer before me which I understand but was completely rude when I asked a question completely polite. No need for any of that. Definitely would stay away from this shop
Called in advance and had an appointment booked for: tire repair, rotation, balancing, alignment. Then when I showed up they didn’t even have time to repair my tire?!
We came in from out of town with a flat tire to the point of not being able to drive, Not only was the man at the front rude and short with us they told to sit and wait if someone cancel’s their appointment we might be able to get the tire fixed no guarantee they honestly didn’t have any care or compassion whatsoever. I understand there are others that need tires changed but also know it doesn’t take long to fix. Definitely would not go there again.
