My wife and I dropped our 2014 Toyota Corolla off at the New Westminster shop to have the brakes and tires checked out. When we picked up our car we were shocked! "NO CHARGE!" said Joy, the young woman who took care of us. "Your brakes are good to go with 70% of wear still on the brake linings and the tires." P.S. This was our third visit to the same location for service, each time we were treated like royalty. Had a screw in my tire. Had an appointment. An hour and 15 minutes my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. Over two hours to get it fixed. Charged me over $60 for a simple tire plug. Never go there again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was my first time visiting this location and I was beyond impressed! The staff were absolutely friendly and professional from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Justin and the amazing lady who worked on my car—both were super helpful and welcoming. Even though I showed up an hour before closing time, they still took me in with no hesitation and quickly fixed my flat tire. If you’re ever looking to get your tires done, this is hands down the best place to go. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
Got breaks done and now they dont work..... let's hope they cover the costs to get them done again..... NOW theyre just leaving me on hold after hanging up on me...... TERRIBLE SERVICE!
