The people were Amazing no charge for Estimate will be back and told all my Freinds their prices and people are great
Terrible customer service. Came in for an appointment and was told work would be done in 16 minutes. An hour later they did not even look at the car. Worst waiting times than a doctors office.
Great service - efficient, timely, friendly. Had to get new all season tires a few months ago. Best deal I found and they fit me in same week. Then more recently I somehow mixed up my appointment date for winter tire change but they were very nice about it and still able to fit me in same day. Will be coming back to Kal Tire new west for future services.
I recently used this facility for a full tire replacement. Upon returning home, I discovered my vehicle was returned to me in a critically unsafe condition: one wheel was missing two lug nuts. This is not a minor oversight; it is an act of gross negligence that demonstrates a shocking lack of basic safety procedures and quality control.
