My 2025 Model 3 developed a severe vibration at highway speeds, so I took it to Kal Tire for an inspection. They removed both front wheels, cleaned them, and rebalanced the 4 tires. Afterward, they told me everything was properly balanced and ready to go. Before leaving, I specifically asked the service advisor whether they had checked for detached acoustic foam inside the tires, since I knew that was a common cause of high-speed vibration on Tesla vehicles. I haven’t received service this good in such a long time. The entire staff at Kal Tire was friendly, helpful, and amazing, especially Mo and Justin. Everything was fast, easy, and professional from start to finish. They made the whole experience super smooth, and honestly, even the hot chocolate was amazing Fast, friendly, and great service all around. They are definitely my new go-to tire shop.

Kal Tire never fails to exceed all expectations. Today i went in to have a brake diagnostic at 2pm and asked, that, if, they have time after the diagnostic, to go ahead with the work. Short notice. The young woman mechanic, the desk staff and the manager were beyond...BEYOND accommodating. The mechanic KNEW her stuff, the staff were just so incredibly kind and polite, even to the point of letting a man in a wheelchair come in and charge his electric wheelchair.
