The owner, staff and the professionalism are exceptional!! 10 out of 10!!
I will recommend this shop to anyone willing to listen. I took my vehicle in as I had been getting the run-around from another shop it town. I was told my shocks needed replacing(expensive), meanwhile Kal Tire confirmed it was not my shocks and rather just a coil spring, which is much less expensive. Although Kal Tire was not able to do the repairs,(through no fault of their own as the part needed is on back order), I will be taking my vehicle here for any future maintenance/repairs.
Great service! VIP treatment from start to finish. They squeezed me in with a smile and made everything easy. Thanks, Craig — really appreciate it!
