I phoned looking for some Pirelli tires - before I could recall my other top pick he let me know the other options, their pricing and how soon they could be ordered if need be. Took my car in at 8 am, done by 10 with alignment as well. Super appreciate a quote on what else could use maintenance but wasn't an urgent need, now I can budget for next spring. Much appreciated!
