I had new tires installed at Kal Tire just 15 days ago, and now one of them is already losing air. I’m really disappointed — I expected better quality and service, especially from a professional tire shop. I don’t know what went wrong during the installation, but this shouldn’t be happening with brand-new tires. It’s frustrating and inconvenient to deal with this so soon. I trusted Kal Tire to do the job right, but now I have to go back and get it checked again.

Excellent prompt service, came off ferry with flat tire, overnighted in their parking lot. Took me first thing and got me back on the road
Got an oil change. And now my car sounds rough like the exhaust manifold was disconnected. Not a good experience for me. Now i have to go get it inspected elsewhere.
