I had a flat tire late in the afternoon and called Kal Tire around 4:30 p.m. Initially, I was told they would likely just put on my spare, but when I arrived, the team was able to repair my tire instead. They could have easily asked me to come back the next day, but they took the time to help me right away. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful, and professional.
