5 stars for tires, 5 stars for staff, 1 star system/oil changes. Booked an appointment at 9am for an oil change at 2pm that day. They took my cars make/model and i could have given them more info if they asked. I drive in for my appointment and they look out back for 10 minutes for an oil filter and then tell me they don't have any for my car and that they couldn't have known ahead of time. I had a flat tire late in the afternoon and called Kal Tire around 4:30 p.m. Initially, I was told they would likely just put on my spare, but when I arrived, the team was able to repair my tire instead. They could have easily asked me to come back the next day, but they took the time to help me right away. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful, and professional.
