Booked a wheel alignment appointment at this Kal Tire North branch based on the positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I drove 15 km to my appointment only to be told that their technician was sick. They should have informed customers beforehand instead of accepting appointments and wasting people’s time. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was also rude and not very approachable. There wasn’t even an apology for the inconvenience. Definitely not returning!
This Kal Tire is awesome, delivering the top line customer service we have come to count on as people who travel a lot. We have a flat. We called earlier to see if they had our tires, they were able to get one from calgary for 3:30 today. We drove in at 3:15, they got us in right away to fix the flat with no expectation to buy a new tire, but one available if we need it. Polite, very helpful and just amazing service. Thank you.
