Incredible Customer Service! Kal Tire North put on my winter tires and replaced a faulty sensor in my car. Devin and Stephen were helpful and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
This location has great staff , location and hours. I always go here first for anything tire related . I usually leave vehicle with them and they always fit me in . I like how they tell you the work is done by text and always done earlier than they say . I will be back here for new tires on truck in spring .
Lorne and his team were amazing in helping me get the issues fixed on my car. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and kept me informed every step of the way 😊
Let me book for a tire swap and alignment - never said a word when I dropped off my car that they couldn't even do a tire alignment because they don't have a mechanic on weekends. Really disrespectful of someone's time to not have brought that up. I would have taken my car elsewhere had I know. Really unfortunate experience.
These are the true professionals. They know their tires inside and out. Both commercial and personal vehicles
