Great service and employees
The experience from the front desk was great but there mechanics and techs on duty that day were useless. They were unable to alignment the vehicle properly after the tech stated nothing was wrong with any suspension part that wouldn’t make it hold an alignment and blamed me for missing alignment bolt. Which the model of my vehicle does not come factory with them and required a whole different procedure than what he was expecting to do. Shoutout to KalTire PA!!! 5:10pm yesterday, I was walking back to the house from the garden. I always back into my driveway, anyway I walked right beside the car and I noticed there was a screw in the tire. I said a few choice words that I can’t repeat on Facebook. Anyway, I phoned them right away to see if I could get the car in to get the tire repaired.
