First time to this store and finds that their place is so clean and organized. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about cars and tires. I booked in an appointment for a tire change and four-wheel alignment. The hour and a half appointment took two hours, and they didn’t do the alignment, and advised it would be another hour to do so. Highly recommend your local shop as opposed to the big box chains. Poor service, just looking to crank out as many wheels as possible.
I purchased two sets of Nokian tires back in 2021, one for my truck and one for my van. Between 2021 and 2024 I've had four flats, and each time Kal patched the flat within a couple hours of drop off. Now in 2025, I've replaced the tires with another two sets of Nokian all-weathers. One of my car tire had a pressure low alarm caused by a nail at the afternoon before thanksgiving day. I found this shop and drove in. The assistant guy was very friendly and helpful, the tire was patched very well and quick. I should say that was a very nice experience there and I will surely come back once I need the car service again.
Called in on a Sunday morning to fix a tire leak. Turns out it was a screw in my tire. I was able to get an appointment same day, brought the tire in on its own (my choice), and they patched it. My husband mounted it back on at home and everything looks to be in order. This shop is clean, organized, and has a nice waiting area in the back with good seating and free coffee. I was impressed with Churash, Ryan (Assistant Manager) and his team for the quick response time and great service. Really appreciate you helping me out!
