Had an excellent experience! We had just started a road trip when our tire started leaking. Karan and the Kal Tire team were able to see us right away, patched up the tire, and had us on the road again in less than 30 minutes.
My initial experience was good but then came the sunday crew! Brought a set of used but brand new condition kaltire sold brand black Iron rims in to be put on my 2017 jeep wrangler. When i got the jeep back i found out they had supposedly 2 bad lugsnuts that wouldn't go on in the new lug kit i bought from them. They said they didnt have any more of that size and sent me out with 4 lugs on both my passanger side tires knowing i was taking a trip in the next day and towing a trailer. Great customer service
We Blew a trailer tire on the way from Saskatchewan and were worried about getting it fixed on a sunday before we head over to the island monday . Both over the phone and in person the guy i dealt with ( name of recipt says "Kbadesha" ) was great ! Got us fixed up quickly , and the price was fair . Im a happy customer , thabks again !
