I've been going to Kal Tire for all my wheel/tire needs for over 10 years. The customer service at this location has taken such a deep dive in the last year to the point that I will no longer be going back. They damaged a wheel in October during a routine tire change. They told me the new wheel was on order and they would call in 2-3 weeks once it arrived. When I followed up after 4 weeks they denied the damage. Went in for a tire change and wheel alignment. After changing the tire they told me the other side had bulging in the tire and that they would not do the alignment. I told them it did not have bulging and that it was most likely due to joints in the tire manufacturing process. I looked at this and confirmed with two other tire shops in town that the tire had no issues. booked with another shop to get a wheel alignment. This is the second Kal tire we have had to stop at during a quirky trip up thru Canada. This one, just like the first, has EXCELLENT customer service and do right by the customer keeping them informed and checking things out. Thank you for making us feel better about traveling!
