The shop needs to be to be more disability friendly. Front door sticks and no designated parking. They can do better
Had tires mounted at this Whitehorse location. Looking back I realize I needed to share my experience to fore warn others! While they were re mounting my wheels with an impact they broke the stud off in my wheel hub. The Jeep I have has lug bolts, not studs.This means if a bolt is broken or cross threaded you have to replace the entire wheel hub.Rather than starting them by hand and using a torque wrench, an air impact was used resulting in not one but two broken bolt in one hub. I've been going to Kal Tire for all my wheel/tire needs for over 10 years. The customer service at this location has taken such a deep dive in the last year to the point that I will no longer be going back. They damaged a wheel in October during a routine tire change. They told me the new wheel was on order and they would call in 2-3 weeks once it arrived. When I followed up after 4 weeks they denied the damage.
