WORST experience ever with the 2 techs that came out to bring me the wrong rim and steer tire for my western star. When the tire tech shoowed up, he hit the snow bank on other sode of road and got stick.. the other kal guy had to pull him put and the tire tech ended up backing into him and did some fair damage to one of the pickups....Then they broke my chrome hub covers and stud caps, and didn't say anything until I noticed them thrown in the ditch of snow....
