The service at the Whitehorse Kal Tire store is not even worth one star. Took my truck in for the front tires to be changed out due to uneven wear. I asked for a wheel alignment and wanted the old tires for spares put in back of the truck. Went to get truck 1.5 hours later. No old tires in back of truck. Had me waiting around and they could not find my old tires. Told me they will have to call me back when they find them. Wipe off my chrome rims after mounting my tires. I brought the truck there spotless and when I left there was grime all over the rims and door handle. I don’t expect u to polish the rims but it takes about 30 seconds to give them a wipe with a soft cloth. This is second time in a row this has happened. Thank you
Worst experience. The guys are not professional. Kept changing my schedules. I placed order for wheel alignment and when i visited them, they said its not on their system. I mean what did i do wrong. They said their online department and store department always have connection issues. I booked oil change. My 75 year old father was treated poorly at the whitehorse location. He went to go get my tire fixed. After waiting 5 days they informed him that they couldn't get my tire fixed. They claimed my tire was old. When I went to Canadian tire it was fixed in 5 mins
